I am famous (almost)

This is the horse I painted for the "Horses of Another Color" sponsored by Nassau County a few years back. Crown made by my brother who made it much more complicated than I requested :)

I was very proud to have somehow found time to paint this life-size horse in my apartment (the silo must have looked like I had a real horse to passing LIRR passengers through my curtain! :) while working and finishing my Masters in Art Ed. The Nassau Museum of Art has purchased it for permanent display in their sculpture garden. I am still working on getting a plaque with my name on it. (see almost famous).
